Lydia wasn't so sure that she wanted to go with me to Hobby Lobby. So after being a great little shopper we went to her store of choice--Target--where she got to roam the toy aisles.
Henry celebrated the 100th day of school by dressing up like a 100 year old man.
Alex is my little bookworm. He reads all the time and is always sad when it gets to late for him to read in bed at night. He even reads in the hallways at school.
I had to make some sugar cookies for our Beehive activity. Lydia learned that helping mom bake is pretty tasty.
My cousin, Kayla, came down for a silks competition. I'm glad that Linda told me about it! Lydia and I drove downtown to watch her dress rehearsal. Lydia thought it was fun that the girls were doing so many "tricks"! Kayla is super talented!
We had a movie gift card to use so because of the boys' great behavior we took them (and Lydia) to see Lego Batman. The Lego movies (and shows) are always great and this one did not disappoint!
Lydia was invited to a birthday party. She thought the Minnie ears were super fun.
Lydia always knows when she's doing something wrong because she hides while doing it. This time she found some valentine chocolate. I found her eating it while hiding in the pantry. Silly girl... she loves treats.
During a long weekend we went to the Springs Preserve to check out the new Ripley's Believe it or Not exhibit. It was really fun!
We got to check out the new Boomtown section too.
