June 2020

 Random June happenings:

We visited the splash pad.

The kids did Lego competitions.

We celebrated Father's Day.  Lydia gave Rich some matching socks.

Lydia made fun perler bead creations (she sent a picture of this one to Austin and Elise because it was Laker's colors)

William continued to teach tennis lessons.

My hair kept growing and I learned a fun way to curl it.

Henry became "fat mungo".  He is so funny!

William got a quote in the yearbook.

Lydia found an gigantic caterpillar and had to show it to all the boys.

William's hair got long!

We celebrated National Donut Day!

We had a little picnic up in the fort.

Birthday Celebrations

We left Oklahoma on Henry's 9th birthday--so he got to party for a week!  While at Bob's house one night, Bob surprised Henry with a cake.  It was delicious.

Later in the week, we celebrated Henry and Susan's birthdays together.

Because it was Henry's birthday on a travel day he got to pick the movie in the car.

When we got home we celebrated some more!  What a lucky guy!

Nine is fine

Henry is such a fun, creative boy! I love seeing the books he writes (so much credit to his kindergarten teacher for letting the kids write books when their work was done!) and hearing his “band”, Soup, perform (James, Henry and Lydia are the members of Soup). He is so funny and cuddly too.
